Whenever I drive into Nashville and see how the traffic keeps getting more and more congested I can’t help but be thankful that I work in Hendersonville only a few miles from my home. I first had the opportunity to open my office in Hendersonville in 1998, and I rented office space in the same building from 1998 until 2013. It was in early 2013 that I learned that my landlord intended to sell their office building and that meant I was forced to relocate. That was the nudge I needed to do something bigger and better.
I had noticed the former Regions bank building at 323 West Main Street at least 3 years earlier and thought “that would be a great location for my business.” So as soon as I learned I would have to move, it was the only property I seriously considered. The building had sat empty and unoccupied since 2009, and it was a mess. Fortunately, we were able to agree to terms of sale with the owner and begin renovations. McPherson & Shaw did a great job in helping re-design and renovate the building into “class A” office space.
We couldn’t be happier with our new location in the heart of Hendersonville! Here are a few pictures to show before and after the renovations.
