Virtually all of our clients are referred to us from existing clients or other professionals we coordinate with for our clients. Our office and industry is highly regulated. All of the work we do for our clients is overseen by the nation’s largest independent investment advisory firm – LPL Financial. We are audited on a regular basis and meet strict compliance and security guidelines set by FINRA – a government agency created to oversee our fiduciary responsibilities.
We have a unique process. We begin by creating your personal Financial Road Map™ to discover what is most important to you, establish financial goals and identify where you are now relative to those goals.. The next step is to create a plan to take you from where you are now to where you want to be. Our goal is to establish a plan of action to make life easier and run more smoothly by establishing strategies and identifying resources to overcome obstacles. We systematically work through over 120 checkpoints in the course of the first year of working with you. The checkpoints are designed to address all the important financial issues in your life and leave no stone unturned.
Our clients meet with us every four to six months to discuss their current progress towards their goals, helping them accomplish the things that are most important to them. Included in our services:
- A step by step plan of action,
- Money management
- Coordination with tax advisor and other professionals
- Coordination of estate plan development or review of current estate plan
- Cash flow and debt elimination advice
- Advice regarding the need, correct types and amounts of insurance based on your particular situation
- Advice on overcoming financial obstacles
What you end up with is a comprehensive plan and prioritized set of actions that give you the highest probability of achieving your goals.
We charge a fee for creating a comprehensive financial plan of between $500 and $2,000 depending on complexity. Upon implementing the plan, we prefer to work with our clients on a fee basis to align our interests with those of our client. Fees generally fall into the schedule below.
- 1.50% up to $500,000
- 1.25% $500,000 to $1million
- 1.00% $1 million to $2 million
- .75% Over two million
The primary goal of our initial meeting is to complete your Financial Road Map™. We view the FRM as a gift that will help you clarify some important things about your money. It can also be a great way for us to quickly establish if we can simplify your financial life and add value or not. If there's a role for us, it will reveal itself during the course of the hour.
